I've got a 2013 Kia pro ceed and I had a message come up on the dashboard telling me that my keyfob battery needed changing, could someone tell me how to do this please as my local Kia dealer was no help what so ever, they in fact told me to go to any local garage and ask them to prise it open.

A couple of months ago, the fob would no longer lock the doors. The driver's door lock switch/button does nothing either (it will unlock, but will not lock the doors). I've tried the other original fob (in new/unused condition), with the same result - will not unlock. Not a big deal, but I have certainly got used to hitting the driver's door
Once in the car, it takes between 15 seconds to 2 minutes or so before the car will recognize that the key is inside. Pushing the Start button with or without the brake pedal depressed just flashes a "Key not detected" message on the LCD. I just keep pushing the Start button every few seconds and eventually it starts up just fine.
