🐼 How To Reset Adblue Warning Vw T6

Yep - had our 150 ps T6.1 from new, it has done about 18k miles and this is the first time the adblue warning has come up. The vast majority of our driving is over an hour and at a steady 73 mph. Strangely the exhaust warning light has come up at same time. But does anybody know how big the adblue tank is on a this van. From customer: "Filled AdBlue with engine running about 2,000km ago. Yes, engine is reading AdBlue level correctly (the sensor is wired to engine controller) and calculates the range based on level and on earlier AdBlue consumption. The update with the free refills is not a fix for the false reading AdBlue sensor, it's an emissions fix where the emissions are too high during regeneration, so the software fix is to inject lots more AdBlue during regeneration and hence more used over the life of the vehicle. so the free refills are compensation. Apparently this is an issue across a range of VW vehicles using the same head unit i.e seat, skoda etc. The solution is to press the SOS button and hold for 60 seconds. Then when the SOS system says it is going to make a call you need to manually cancel the call by pressing the sos button once again. Problem solved! THen 10 days ago- just on motorway- warning light for exhaust- VW Assist - regen plus advised to go to garage for software update and free AdBlue. 200m later- same warning light VW Assist / AA called 31103 Went to garage- software update plus letter for 8 top ups Adblue (adblue topped up with 5L that day by me) TPI 2056401 .
